The Campaign for Access, Representation, and Equity (CARE) for Immigrant Families, was recently launched by a statewide coalition of New York advocacy organizations, faith groups, labor organizations, and others to promote passage of the Access to Representation Act, in both the New York State Senate (S999), and the New York State Assembly (A170)
As part of its media plan to highlight and amplify its message promoting legal rights for immigrants in New York State, the CARE campaign, led by the New York Immigration Coalition, recently deployed dynamic Digital LED mobile billboard trucks for several days to the New York State Capitol Complex in Albany, and in midtown Manhattan.
The digital billboard trucks’ messages were presented to state leaders in the legislative and executive branches, and were run in conjunction with a series of hearings on immigrant rights, held in the New York State Legislative Office Building in Albany, and in New York City.
